With 32 years of experience in the construction industry, Rick Dingmann, Owner of Berscheid Builders, has developed a deep trust amongst his customers during the most volatile of housing markets. Because of his dedication to excellence and work ethic, he is appreciated for his attention to detail and an ally for helping his customers achieve their building goals and dreams.

Berscheid focuses on every home's use and functionality keeping in mind the special attention to traffic flow, use of space and cost effective construction. Unique design and character is creatively poured into each home in a team effort with the customer.  It is their mission to make customers Berscheid Builders ambassadors for life by recommending Berscheid to their family and friends.

An avid golfer, involved father and husband, Rick enjoys spending time with his two sons, Dane and Evan, which includes time at the baseball field, golf course, fishing, snowmobiling and swimming.

Paul Brenhaug is a Remodeling Specialist which encompasses design, sales and project management from inception to finish.  In 1992, Paul began his background in building and remodeling professionally, which included but was not limited to 18 years with Berscheid Builders.   Background in hands on carpentry gives Paul and advantage when developing remodel solutions.

As project manager, salesman and estimator, problem solving was Paul’s niche at Servicemaster, specialists in fire and water damage repair, starting in 2008 during the economic downturn on the market.  He received extensive training in water mitigation, fire damage restoration and mold remediation.

Paul is proud to carry the Berscheid legacy forward as he continues to work with past customers time and time again.  He enjoys working together with the clients developing remodeling solutions for their custom home projects.

Paul and his wife, Janna, have three teenage boys. He enjoys the outdoors which involves camping, fishing, kayaking and hunting.
