“We were first introduced to Bercheid Builders during their patio home open house on the Tour of Homes. Upon entering the home our first reaction was WOW, we love this house. The quality of the workmanship, the many extras and the optimized usage of space was evident in this house. We met with Rick several times to tweak the plan to make it our own. He offered suggestions and was able to make the changes we had requested. During the construction phase, the professionalism of Rick, Harvey and the rest of the crew was apparent to us. Any questions or concerns were addressed in a prompt and courteous manner. It appeared to us that Bercheid Builders wanted to construct our home as if they would construct the home for themselves. We would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a quality home built in a timely matter. After living in our home now for several months we still walk into our home and say WOW, we love this house.”
